第19屆國(guó)際植物學(xué)大會(huì)的表型分會(huì)場(chǎng)得到擴(kuò)增,目前擁有兩個(gè)“two-session”長(zhǎng)度的植物表型分會(huì)場(chǎng),共24個(gè)報(bào)告。該分會(huì)場(chǎng)將由國(guó)際植物表型組織(IPPN)和中國(guó)研究人員共同組織。
國(guó)際植物學(xué)界最隆重的學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議、每隔六年才召開(kāi)一次的“第19屆國(guó)際植物學(xué)大會(huì)”(“XIX International Botanical Congress”, 簡(jiǎn)稱IBC2017)即將于2017年7月23-29日在深圳會(huì)展中心舉行。本屆大會(huì)由中國(guó)植物學(xué)會(huì)和深圳市人民政府共同主辦,是第一次在發(fā)展中國(guó)家舉辦。
本屆大會(huì)共設(shè)六個(gè)主題:
主題Ⅰ:生物多樣性、資源和保護(hù)
主題Ⅱ:分類(lèi)學(xué)、系統(tǒng)發(fā)育和進(jìn)化
主題Ⅲ:生態(tài)學(xué)、環(huán)境和全球變化
主題Ⅳ:發(fā)育和生理學(xué)
主題Ⅴ:遺傳學(xué)、基因組學(xué)和生物信息學(xué)
主題Ⅵ:植物和社會(huì)
之前,在慧諾瑞德(北京)科技有限公司和華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)、東北農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)、中國(guó)科學(xué)院植物研究所、吉林省農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院、上海交通大學(xué)、中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院作物科學(xué)研究所、中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院生物技術(shù)研究所、上海市農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院、中科院-馬普學(xué)會(huì)計(jì)算生物學(xué)伙伴研究所、創(chuàng)世紀(jì)種業(yè)有限公司等單位的倡議下,第19屆國(guó)際植物學(xué)大會(huì)設(shè)立了表型組分會(huì)場(chǎng)。
在該會(huì)場(chǎng)信息發(fā)布后,國(guó)際植物表型組織(International Plant Phenotyping Network, IPPN)主席、德國(guó)Julich研究中心的Uli Schurr教授聯(lián)系到分會(huì)場(chǎng)負(fù)責(zé)人,希望能夠一塊組織這個(gè)分會(huì)場(chǎng),共同推動(dòng)表型組學(xué)的發(fā)展。
經(jīng)過(guò)與IBC2017組委會(huì)的溝通,組委會(huì)決定增設(shè)一個(gè)分會(huì)場(chǎng)。也就是說(shuō),在國(guó)際植物學(xué)界最隆重的盛會(huì)上,設(shè)立了兩個(gè)植物表型方面的分會(huì)場(chǎng),而且是長(zhǎng)度分別達(dá)到two-session級(jí)別的大型分會(huì)場(chǎng),合計(jì)擁有24個(gè)學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告的時(shí)間。
兩個(gè)分會(huì)場(chǎng)都?xì)w屬于“主題Ⅴ:遺傳學(xué)、基因組學(xué)和生物信息學(xué)”領(lǐng)域,分別是:
T5-03:State-of-the-art phenotyping: deep, high-throughput and field (two sessions)
簡(jiǎn)介:Plant phenotyping science has become a central field of research and application in academia and industry. The discipline provides anourishing ground for the development of new phenotyping platforms and methods.New challenges such as the identification of novel traits, establishment of robust protocols and screening methods, which integrate non‐invasive, automated high throughput measurement of relevant plant traits both under controlled greenhouse and field scenarios arise throughout this development. Advancement of novel sensors and approaches for automated measurements that are integrated in a comprehensive data management and linkage framework are required. Plant phenotyping is developing as scientific field that has the aim to accurately quantify phenotypic traits, to give valuable basis for prognostic plant performance in the field, driven by the demand of users, who require relevant information on the plant-environment interaction. In this session, we will focus on the new technologies and approaches applicable for deep phenotyping as well as high throughput phenotyping under controlled and field conditions and,data integration and management.
T5-25: Phenotyping beyond technology – approaching real world problems (two sessions)
簡(jiǎn)介:Food and biomass production has to be substantially increased within the next decades to match the growing demand for uman nutrition and bioindustries (FAO, World Bank, Royal Society). This is particularly challenging in times of climate change with no additional or reduced arable land (IPPC reports). Today´s breeding approaches produce typically about 1% yield increase per year for key crops, which is far below the improvement required to meet increasing global demand. Sustainable intensification of crop production is a major challenge, which requires designing high yielding varieties adapted to contrasting environmental conditions. While genotyping has been industrialized and can be performed at affordable cost, the major challenge is to analyze the performance of genotypes under diverse environmental conditions and associate them with the genome. Thus,multi-scale plant phenotyping, i.e. quantitative assessment of structural and functional plant traits has become the bottleneck to provide the physiologicaland genetic basis of plant growth and performance for its translation into crop improvements. In this session, we will focus on the utilization of plant phenotyping approaches to crop improvement to support breeding and plant productivity under diverse environmental conditions.
這兩個(gè)植物表型分會(huì)場(chǎng)將由IPPN主席Uli Schurr教授、中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院生物技術(shù)研究所張春義研究員、中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)王喜慶教授、華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)熊立仲教授和楊萬(wàn)能副教授、慧諾瑞德(北京)科技有限公司韓志國(guó)博士共同組織。
